Our leasing office and community are located at 47 Luka Way, Laconia, NH 03246, situated right off Weirs Boulevard in Belknap County. This central location places residents in the heart of New Hampshire's scenic Lakes Region.
Langley Cove is perfectly positioned for hybrid remote workers and commuters. We are located approximately 30 minutes north of Concord and less than an hour from Manchester. For out-of-state travel, the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) is roughly 55 minutes south, and downtown Boston, MA is an easy 1.5-hour drive down Interstate 93.
Yes. While much of the local real estate market caters strictly to short-term, seasonal summer leases, Langley Cove provides permanent, year-round luxury rental housing. Our homes feature high-efficiency climate control and complete winterization designed for all four seasons of New England living.

Yes, we are highly animal-friendly and welcome up to two (2) animals per household. We accommodate dogs up to 50 lbs, and standard breed restrictions apply. Please reach out to our leasing office for the necessary paperwork and pet guidelines.
Yes! To make pet care convenient during muddy New England springs or snowy winters, our community clubhouse features a fully equipped, indoor Animal Spa specifically designed for washing and grooming your pets without having to leave the property.
Monthly animal rent is non-refundable and charged per pet at a rate of $50 per dog and $25 per cat (or other approved small animals).
Beyond the lakes, Langley Cove is a short drive from Gunstock Mountain Resort in Gilford for winter skiing and snowboarding, the famous Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion for premier outdoor summer concerts, scenic hiking trails at Mount Major, championship golf courses, and the boutique shopping and dining districts of downtown Meredith and Laconia.

Leasing & Resident Information
The minimum lease term is 6 months. For Lease terms less than twelve (12) months, there is a required short-term premium fee.
Residents can easily submit routine maintenance requests online 24/7 through our secure resident portal. For urgent situations outside of normal business hours, we provide a dedicated 24/7 emergency maintenance hotline.
Yes, ample open surface parking is available throughout the neighborhood for residents and their visitors. Select townhome floor plans within The Estates and the single family homes at The Cottages also feature private, attached garages.
